Navigate360 is a Private tour destination services provider, Wedding & Event Planner, offering luxurious custom-designed, private, personal events and private tours.
Navigate360 respects your privacy and we maintain a strict policy with respect to confidentiality of information that you may provide us. We endorse the practice of finalizing arrangements by secure phone call rather than over the Internet or by electronic mail, and in order for credit card details to be provided to guarantee bookings.
Navigate360 is not a travel agency
Navigate360 does not provide public tours, pre-scheduled, public bus tours from hotels or "step on" public bus tours.
We recommend the purchase of trip-travel-tour cancellation insurance (from a travel agent) in the unlikely event of the unexpected.

Navigate360 requires a deposit payment when booking a private tour, honeymoon or wedding event. The specific amount will be communicated to you by your private tour guide or personal event coordinator.
As a company policy, Navigate360 will confirm reservations upon the receipt of a deposit fee payment, and by our email confirmation of our agreement and guarantee of private tour or event reservations and date. Balance payment in full, unless specific arrangements are made in advance, is required 45 days prior to the scheduled date of the private tour or events.
Navigate360 cancellation policy
Should you cancel your private tour or wedding event we must apply a charge and the later the cancellation the more that charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking this must be done in writing by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your cancellation that can be executed through e-mail at info@navi360.com A cancellation charge will be calculated as set out in the table below and will be notified to you by invoice within two weeks of cancellation.
