Day 1

Accommodation in a typical holidayfarm of Sannio not too far from Benevento

Day 2

A special journey to the town of Benevento to discover all its artistic and historical beauties, legend and traditions.

Day 3

Breakfast and journey to Molinara …

Molinara, as it is written was founded by a colony of Greeks for its architecture traces and toponymy. On top of a hill of measuring 592 meters is medieval centre and its old tower. The old village was and is accessible by two big Doors. Inside the walls of the old village is the Church of Santa Maria dei Greci, founded by monks in the eleventh century.
An interesting walk in the past.

After a long but lovely walk we can find refreshment in a typical restaurant of the village;
In the afternoon the visit goes on to the factory of FIOR DI LATTE, here is produced a typical, white and fresh cheese, we can taste and assist to the milk transformation…

Late afternoon: come back to the holiday farm, dinner and free evening.

Day 4
Breakfast and journey to Castelvenere…

This village is characterized by its streets parallel to each other located in South West – Nord West.  The castle was built around the 1500’s but today we can only admire the "Tower of Venus.
There is produced a very good wine and numerous are the old cellars which host this excellent product.

After a walk we can stop to one of the old cellars, tasting good wines and enjoying good food: Cheese of Laticauda (a particular sheep of Sannio, the cheese produced by its milk has a fantastic flavour and combines very well with our good wines).
Late afternoon come back to Benevento for shopping, free dinner…

Day 5

Breakfast in the farm and moving to the museum of Sannio in Benevento, guided tour of about two hours among the original Roman statues, legend of witches and Longobard and Samnitic rests…
Afternoon: moving to Sant’Agata dei Goti…

One of the most picturesque Samnites villages, with its peculiar urban architecture. Every corner in Sant’Agata has to be discovered and appreciated.

Visit of cellars, tasting of wines and other typical products of that country…
It could be interesting spending some hours to taste: tarallucci and wine, local grappa of Mele Annurco and special salame

Day 6

Breakfast in the farm and journey to Caserta, visit of the wonderful Royal Palace
(park and apartments).
Lunch on the road in the park…
In the afternoon visit of Belvedere palace of Caserta.
Dinner in an old and historical palace on the road for Benevento.

Day 7

Breakfast and transfer to train station or airport
