1 Benevento

Arriving and accommodation to the holiday farm (typical guest house of these territory)… Dinner

Morning:visit of the farm and 1st cooking class

Use typical products of the territory essentially seasonal products from the biological farm.
The recipes are inspired by the traditions of our beautiful land.
Every dish will be appreciated with a D.O.C. wine, typical product of Sannio and an oenologist helps you in tasting, you will use the best olive oil and we show you how identify exceptional products.
 
Afternoon:
visit of the medieval village of Cusano Mutri, in its historical centre every corner shows its antiquity and singular beauty. 
Starting with the month of May the period of hikes, discovering many landscapes, horseback trekking… experiences truly exciting, you will have full immersion with nature, through woods, caves, rocks and clear fields

Late afternoon:return to farm for dinner.

Morning: 2nd cooking class, lunch the meal you have prepared at the farm.
Discovering together the old Samnitic cooking and its vintage wines.
 
Afternoon: visit of artistic sites of Benevento

.Tour with the art train discovering the main artistic beauties of the town, the journey will start from the old church of Saint Sofia (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE); Traiano Arch and Saint Ilario Museum where three Ghosts will tell you the history of the Arch.
The train will take you to the Roman Theatre; where you will feel the roman history flowing in your veins. Last stop to the Leproso Bridge of the 1st century B.C., site of trades and battles.

Late Afternoon: Return to farm for dinner.

Morning: 3rd cooking class, lunch.
Full immersion in traditions linked to the preservation of products along one year and more: Marmalades, jam, vegetables with oil or vinegar, etc…

Afternoon: tour in the close village of Solopaca and visit of the MEG.
The Oenogastronomic Museum which hosts an educative tour about the history of oeno-gastronomy and scientific studies of feed products.

Visit of an important inn of Torrecuso, you will discover how they produce, preserve and serve Bacco’s nectar.

Late afternoon: Return to the farm for dinner

Morning: breakfast and moving to the close town of Avellino, old Campania Province. 1st cooking class.  3 hours of C. classes in the morning, lunch with the same meal prepared, break…
 learn about the differences between the two towns, the products and traditional foods

.Afternoon: 3 hours of C. classes
Night: Return to Benevento for dinner at the farm.

 3 hours of C. classes in the morning, lunch with the same meal prepared, break…

Afternoon: visit of an old inn of the province of Avellino.

Night: Return to Benevento for dinner at the farm.

Morning: breakfast and moving to Pompei. Lunch in Pompei, we suggest a pizza.


Afternoon: moving to Ravello, a pearl of Amalfi Coast. Accommodation in htl *** or holiday farm. HB

Late afternoon: free to visit the village…Dinner

8   Morning: visit with the guide of the most suggestive sites of Ravello: Villa Rufolo, Villa Cimbrone.
Old medieval, aristocratic, Roman town known in all the world for its history, monuments, countryside and old rich houses…Free lunchAfternoon: purchasing of local food products which will be used during the cooking class.  Dinner the prepared meals.
9   Walking among Ravello, Scala and Amalfi through the Valley of Ferriere, picnic with typical products which you have prepared.
Free dinner.
10   Depart Ravello to the Airport
