Day 1 | Arrive in Paris

Private transfer to hotel, overview of surroundings

Day 2 | Full day tour of Paris

We will design what you wish to see or can provide you with a list of venues that will suit your taste

Day 3 | Morning: 9h30 – 14h00/ Cooking lesson

You will meet at the market at 9h30, and then we go shopping for all the ingredients. We will decide the menu there with all the students. No worries you will like the food and the menu, sometime we even do 2 main course to please everybody. After shopping we walk to the school, 5mn only. We have around 2h30 of cooking, It is a hands-on class. Then we sit down around 1pm, to eat what we have prepared, (3 course lunch with dessert + cheese) with a nice bottle of wine.
           

Afternoon: tour of the shops with an emphasis on cooking wares

 

Day 4 | Morning: louvre museum            Afternoon: 16h00-19H00/ baking lessons

 

You meet the chef at the school at 16h PM. You will prepare from scratch 3 Breakfast Pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, and brioche...Also during the same class you learn how to make a great pizza dough, and real Pie crust (pate sable, and a chocolate and hazelnut variation).
We will be using seasonal ingredients and fresh product only.
Pino will guide you through the recipes and will show you some of the great tips he learned along is 10 years of experience as Pastry chef in France, Italy and USA.
All the preparations can be eaten in-house accompanied with hot chocolate, tea or coffee, but you can also choose to take them ''to go'' Usually the class last around 3 hours
Please note that you are going to go through all the steps of the preparation personally, but for obvious time constraints some of the dough will be already done for you (some of the dough needs to rest overnight)

 

Day 5 | Morning:  tour of the creators shop in the Marias

Afternoon: 16h00-18h30/ Pasty lessons


You meet the Pastry chef at the school at 16h
You will prepare, from scratch, 6 pastries or desserts, using seasonal ingredients and fresh products only. You might prepare some desserts like crème brulee, molten chocolate cake or Soufflé au Grand marnier, but also some madeleine or poached pears with red wine and spices...
After the class you can eat it all or you can choose to take it home with you (except for the creme brulee) to share with the people you love.
