Day 1 | Arrive in Paris
Private transfer to hotel, overview of surroundings Day 2 | Full day tour of Paris We will design what you wish to see or can provide you with a list of venues that will suit your taste Day 3 | Morning: 9h30 – 14h00/ Cooking lesson You will meet at the market at 9h30, and then we go shopping for all the ingredients. We will decide the menu there with all the students. No worries you will like the food and the menu, sometime we even do 2 main course to please everybody. After shopping we walk to the school, 5mn only. We have around 2h30 of cooking, It is a hands-on class. Then we sit down around 1pm, to eat what we have prepared, (3 course lunch with dessert + cheese) with a nice bottle of wine. Afternoon: tour of the shops with an emphasis on cooking wares
Day 4 | Morning: louvre museum Afternoon: 16h00-19H00/ baking lessons
You meet the chef at the school at 16h PM. You will prepare from scratch 3 Breakfast Pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, and brioche...Also during the same class you learn how to make a great pizza dough, and real Pie crust (pate sable, and a chocolate and hazelnut variation).
