The following FAQ sheet was compiled by team N360 in an attempt to answer any and all questions posed by travel professionals worldwide. If you see a question not listed below that you’d like answered please e mail us at info@navi360.com and we’ll be sure to answer it and add it!
Please note that if the question below requires a 2 points or more to answer it effectively then those answer points will be hyphenated and listed sequentially in exactly the order in which they were posed, otherwise they will be answered without the use of a hyphen.
1. Are you providing hotel pick up? Yes, this will be discussed during the planning phase before you arrive. Are meals/drinks/snacks included in the tours? Yes and no. This depends on the tour.
- Yes, if this it is a full day tour.
- No, if this is a half day tour, though we will advise you of a local café where you can enjoy a solid meal
2. In which language(s) are your tours conducted? What type of commentary does the tour have?
- All of our tours are conducted in English, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, and Russian.
- Commentary varies based on the tour and city. All tour commentaries are a combination of things based on the history, culture, and atmosphere of the city in question, and the guides’ personalities of course.
3. Are the tours free sale, or on request? If its free sale, could you tell me the release day?
- At present, all of our tours must be requested via e mail or phone please
4. Could you be more specific in what is included with the entrance apart from the guide? Specifically, could you be more specific of the activities the clients would pay for?
- Our tours will include the entrance fees, unless otherwise stated.
5. Is there some activity or extra service that the customer has to pay extra money to enjoy? Yes and no.
- Regarding the tours themselves, all prices are all inclusive.
- Should the clients wish to purchase something whilst the tour is being conducted, i.e. a souvenir, batteries for their camera, water, coffee, etc, then the answer is “no”.
6. The tour agenda in detail: How long does it take to drive from the meeting point to the starting of the activity? How long will the customer enjoy the core of the activity?
- There will be no need to drive from the meeting point to the start of the activity. The meeting point always has something to do with the tour being given and thus the tour will start right then and there with a brief introduction and commentary before moving on to the second stop.
- The duration of all N360 tours is spent enjoying the activities. There are a few minutes in each tour where clients are physically walking from one stop to the next or from one monument to the next, but for the most part if a tour is 2 hours (as an example) the guest will enjoy the core of the activity for 2 hours. Our tours even meet a few minutes prior to their start time in order that guests may become aquatinted with both the guide and other guests.
7. Can disabled persons enjoy all N360 activities? If yes, are there any special conditions for them? Do you have a special fee for the persons who attend with the disable person? Yes and no.
- If said guest is in a wheelchair then we apologize, but the answer is no. On some of the tours it is possible but because we can’t guarantee it on every tour we have to say “no”. If the guest uses a cane, walker, or crutches, then it is entirely at their discretion, but there is no guarantee. Many of our tours involve stairs (and thus present a problem for anyone who is not able bodied.
- There are no special conditions for those in wheelchairs.
- No, there are no special fees or discounts for those who attend with or accompany the disabled guest
8. Are there any special rules, i.e. country/city/tour specific, which our customers should know in advance?
- With the exception of the Vatican City State, which requires knees and shoulders to be covered for all guests, no, there are no special rules or regulations that must be observed for guests. Assuming guests conduct themselves in a courteous manner towards other guests, the guide, and with a sense of respect for the city they are visiting all should be fine.
9. Are the tours just walking? No.
- We offer a combination of walking and driving tours. The tours are built around what your needs are and naturally there are some places that are only accessible by foot.
10. If there is bad weather is the tour rescheduled? How does that work?
- For the purposes of this document, “bad weather” will be defined as “weather which physically prevents a tour from taking place, i.e. torrential downpour.” Should there be a discrepancy or confusion of any kind, we encourage guests to contact us directly to see if the tour is still running that day in the event of bad weather, but for the most part tours run 99% of the time.
11. Do you accept Credit Card? Yes.
- We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard
